Telecaller Cum Sales Person

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller cum Sales Person to handle inquiries received through our website and social media. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with interested prospects, explain our supermarket franchise business, follow up with leads, and convert them into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with inquiries received from our website and social media.
• Explain our franchise business and answer customer queries.
• Build trust and maintain good relationships with potential clients.
• Convert warm leads into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status in CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team whenever required.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Hindi is mandatory; basic English is sufficient.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
