Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Activities
* Find new customers through calls, visits, references, and social media.
* Meet residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
* Explain company products and services to customers.
* Prepare and send quotations.
* Follow up with customers and close sales.
* Achieve monthly sales targets.
Marketing Activities
* Promote company products on social media platforms.
* Collect customer requirements and market information.
* Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
* Generate leads through online and offline marketing.
Customer Support
* Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
* Coordinate with the technical team for smooth project execution.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and collect feedback.
Products & Services to Sell
* CCTV & AI Security Cameras
* Home Automation Solutions
* Access Control & Video Door Phones
* Networking & IT Infrastructure
* UPS, Inverters & Batteries
* TallyPrime Software & Services
Required Skills
* Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Kannada.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to meet customers confidently.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Qualification
* PUC / Diploma / Graduate (Any Stream)
