Job Description
- ResponsibilitiesCreate and update product listings on Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Upload product images, titles, descriptions, and specifications.
- Process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Update inventory and product pricing.
- Ensure product information is correct and well-organized.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for order fulfillment.
- Monitor listings and resolve any errors or issues.
- Maintain Excel sheets and basic reports.
- Perform other e-commerce-related tasks as assigned.
- RequirementsBasic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous e-commerce experience is preferred but not mandatory.
