Hiring: Behavior Therapist
Location: Thane
Organization: Butterfly learning
Qualification: Graduation must
Shift: Part-time and full-time
Salary: 10k to 16k net
Butterfly Learning is seeking a dedicated behavior therapist to work with children with autism and related developmental disabilities. The role involves delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)-based interventions in 1:1 and group settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy using skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols
- Collect and maintain client data
- Support parent/caregiver training
- Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and Pediatric Neurologists
- Maintain confidentiality and a safe therapy environment
Requirements:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Basic computer/MS Office proficiency
- Ability to follow clinical protocols and accept constructive feedback
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
