Job SummaryA Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. The role involves supervising employees, resolving customer issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support store staff during daily operations.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist with employee scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor sales performance and help achieve store targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and financial transactions are accurate.
• Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and security procedures.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance as required.
• Open and close the store according to company procedures.
• Qualifications and RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
