Office Executive Gemstones

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day office operations related to gemstones. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of different gemstones, their identification, sorting, grading, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office and operational tasks related to gemstones.
• Identify, sort, and maintain records of various gemstones.
• Assist in gemstone grading and quality checks.
• Prepare product presentations and gemstone-related documentation.
• Manage inventory records and coordinate with internal teams.
• Update and maintain data in Excel and other systems.
• Support product cataloging and online listing activities when required.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of precious and semi-precious gemstones.
• Understanding of gemstone names, quality parameters, and grading basics.
• Experience in gemstone presentation, cataloging, or inventory handling is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and office operations.
• Experience in e-commerce or product management will be an added advantage.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
