Job Description
Company Name: Velvu Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Location: Bindayaka, sirsi road, Jaipur
Role: MIS Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Collect data from various departments and verify accuracy
Ensure data confidentiality and integrity
Ensure timely circulation of reports to management
Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification and updates
Maintain proper documentation and record management
Coordinate with sales team for attendance and Expenses
Review and manage stock.
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot
Tables, formulas)
Knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of Tally
Experience: 2 – 3 years
Qualification: Any Graduate
