Job Description

Communicate with existing clients across India and maintain professional relationships.

Take and process orders for Ayurvedic and Pharmaceutical products.

Generate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents using computer software.

Follow up with clients regarding payments and order confirmations.

Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.

Maintain client records, order details, and payment status in the system.

Provide regular updates to clients regarding order status and dispatch information.

Perform general computer and office-related tasks as assigned.
