Job Title: Human Resource Manager (Talent Acquisition & People Ops)
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and build high-performing teams. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our hiring strategy—sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Beyond recruitment, you will help shape our employer brand and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle from drafting job descriptions and sourcing candidates to conducting initial interviews and closing offers.
- Sourcing Strategy: Leverage job boards, professional networks (like LinkedIn), and niche platforms to build a robust pipeline of qualified active and passive talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements, align on skills, and streamline selection criteria.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and welcoming interview process for every candidate.
- Onboarding & Induction: Design and execute a structured onboarding program to help new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at career events and optimize our online presence to attract top-tier talent.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in HR, with a primary focus on full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills: Strong screening abilities, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and a deep understanding of standard behavioral interviewing techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Mindset: Proactive, empathetic, and organized, with a strong sense of urgency in closing open positions.
