Job Description
Role Summary Objective: Lead marketing strategy across Green Brick Projects and Isern Industries to enhance brand positioning, generate B2B leads, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Brand: Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing, corporate communications, and brand consistency initiatives.
Lead Generation: Manage digital, email, social, and channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified business opportunities.
Collateral & Sales Support: Create company profiles, case studies, sales kits, and collateral to assist sales conversion.
Digital Management: Oversee website content, SEO, online branding, and social media channels.Research & Analytics: Conduct market/competitor research and track campaign performance, ROI, and budget MIS reports.
Vendor & Events: Coordinate external creative agencies and manage participation in industry trade events/exhibitions.
Requirements & Competencies: Education: Degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
Industry Preference: Construction, Manufacturing, PEB, EPC, Steel, Building Materials, or Infrastructure.
Core Skills: B2B strategy, digital marketing, content development, analytics/CRM, vendor management, and strategic thinking.
