Telecaller

Job Summary:

are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our immigration consultancy team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, explaining our immigration services, qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in immigration services.
• Handle inbound inquiries regarding study visas, work permits, PR, visitor visas, and other immigration programs.
• Explain the company's immigration services and guide clients through the initial process.
• Qualify leads by understanding clients' profiles and immigration goals.
• Schedule appointments between qualified clients and immigration consultants.
• Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, or messaging platforms.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
• Stay updated on company services and basic immigration pathways to provide accurate initial information.
• Escalate complex immigration queries to licensed consultants or senior counselors.

Requirements:

• Having knowledge in tele-calling, customer service, sales, or immigration counselling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi, Punjabi, or other regional languages is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
