Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes, Tally Prime, banking transactions, and payable & receivable management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries and records

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

- Manage banking transactions and reconciliation

- Perform day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime

- Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation

- Ensure accuracy in entries/postings, payments, and ledger management

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth accounting operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance field

- Good knowledge of Tally Prime

- Understanding of banking transactions and account reconciliation

- Knowledge of Payables & Receivables management

- Strong knowledge of daily accounting procedures

- Good communication skills and attention to detail

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
