Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to support daily office operations and maintain accurate records. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, data management, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

  • Responsibilities:Maintain and update company records, MIS reports, and databases.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Coordinate with different departments for required information and updates.
  • Manage employee, customer, and vendor records.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and office documentation.
  • Assist in filing, scanning, and maintaining physical and digital records.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and maintain proper documentation.
  • Support management with administrative and operational work.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.
  • Requirements:Graduate in any discipline.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
  • Strong data entry and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in back office, administration, or MIS work will be preferred.
