Job Summary
Responsible for handling administrative back-office tasks and assisting customers with car insurance policies, renewals, quotations, and documentation. The role involves coordinating with insurance companies, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth processing of insurance-related transactions.
Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Basic knowledge of motor/car insurance policies, renewals, and claims processing is preferred.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills are required.
