Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate and provide technical support for hematology, biochemistry, and other IVD analyzers.
- Installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of laboratory analyzers.
- Conduct customer training on instrument operation and troubleshooting.
- Promote and sell diagnostic analyzers, reagents, and consumables.
- Develop new business opportunities with laboratories, hospitals, and diagnostic centers.
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets assigned by the company.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely service support and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit service reports, visit reports, and sales updates.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required.
