Job Title: Accountant Executive / Finance & Accounts Executive

As part of our growth journey, we are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Finance & Accounts team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company’s financial health through accurate record-keeping and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and vouchers. 

• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring timely payments to vendors and follow-up on customer collections. 

• Process daily financial transactions such as vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and customer receipts. 

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Reports. 

• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. 

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings as per company and government regulations. 

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments during audits and financial reviews. 

• Monitor expense reports, petty cash, and budget utilization. 

• Identify discrepancies in financial data and resolve issues promptly. 

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA preferred). 

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role. 

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance regulations. 

• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, ERP software, or other accounting tools. 

• Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing, interiors, or project-based industries will be an added advantage. 

• Knowledge of inventory accounting and cost management is preferred.
