About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Content Creator to produce engaging content for our creator-commerce and influencer marketing platform. The role involves editing videos, designing social media creatives, creating marketing content, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across digital channels.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVideo EditingEdit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media campaigns.
• Edit long-form videos such as tutorials, platform walkthroughs, product showcases, and promotional videos.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, captions, music, and visual effects.
• Optimize videos for different social media platforms and formats.
• Create before-and-after promotional videos and campaign success stories.
• Content CreationDesign social media posts, banners, carousels, and promotional creatives using Canva.
• Create platform announcement graphics, feature updates, and marketing materials.
• Develop visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design thumbnails for YouTube and promotional campaigns.
• Social Media SupportCreate content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Develop engaging visual content to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats for different channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Brand & Marketing ContentCreate promotional materials for influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
• Produce onboarding tutorials and educational content for creators and businesses.
• Design marketing assets for website, app, presentations, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to communicate platform features effectively.
• Required SkillsStrong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Filmora, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Proficiency in Canva for social media and marketing design.
• Understanding of social media content trends and best practices.
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging short-form and long-form content.
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills are a plus.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Preferred Qualifications1–3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, startups, or e-commerce brands.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook content strategies.
• Basic knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools is a plus.
