Architect

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team on a Work From Home basis. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling architectural design, planning, drafting, and coordination while working remotely.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare architectural concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Develop 2D and 3D architectural presentations.
• Create construction drawings and working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
• Prepare BOQs and material specifications when required.
• Revise drawings based on client and project requirements.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and project standards.
• Attend online meetings with clients and project teams.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building design.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Software SkillsCandidates must be proficient in:

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Lumion / Enscape
• Revit (Preferred)
• Photoshop
• MS Office

Work From Home RequirementsThe candidate must have:

• Personal laptop/desktop capable of handling architectural software.
• Licensed or self-arranged software required for design and drafting.
• Stable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to attend virtual meetings during working hours.

• Preferred ExperienceExperience in luxury residential villas and independent house projects.
• Experience in preparing sanction drawings, working drawings, and construction details.
