Job Description

Pre-Sales Coordinator – Roles & Responsibilities (Kireeti Group)

  • Attend and handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Prepare and share business proposals, service offerings, and presentations.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain lead status.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between clients and management.
  • Collect required documents and information from clients.
  • Maintain database and update lead progress reports.
  • Support sales team in achieving business targets.
  • Coordinate for quotations, agreements, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure timely communication and customer relationship management.
