Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The candidate should have good communication skills and a sound understanding of HR processes and statutory compliances.
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll processing and statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing HR policies and performance management processes.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Generate HR reports and maintain MIS using MS Excel.
