Job Description – Real Estate Sales Manager📍 Location: Gomti Nagar, Lucknow
💰 Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
🕘 Shift: Day Shift

🎓 Experience: Minimum 5+ Years in Real Estate Sales
- Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Generate sales through site visits, client meetings, and property presentations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Handle negotiations and successfully close high-value property deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Graduate degree preferred.
