Store Sales Executive Job Description
A Store Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. They provide excellent customer service, maintain product displays, and help ensure smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting products
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Process sales transactions and coordinate with cashiers
- Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Required Skills:
