Retail Store Manager Job Description
A Retail Store Manager oversees daily store operations, leads staff, and ensures excellent customer service. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory, maintaining store standards, and creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate store employees
- Manage daily store operations and schedules
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
- Handle inventory, stock control, and merchandising
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
