Job Summary8Square Group is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven record of achieving sales targets, and experience in managing residential real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring the sales team, developing business strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead follow-ups, and conversion performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Handle customer negotiations and assist the team in closing high-value deals.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Accounts, and Legal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Experience6–10 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a team leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
