Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Meet prospective customers to understand their property requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Conduct site visits and property tours for clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Negotiate sales terms and assist customers in closing property transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
