Job Description

Executive Assistant to Founder

Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Compensation: ₹4L – ₹10L CTC (based on experience)

Experience: 1+ years


About Us: We are a proprietary quantitative trading firm operating across equities, derivatives, and digital assets. Our business is built on speed, precision, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.


Role: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder and help ensure that priorities move forward efficiently, communication stays organized, and critical tasks are executed on time. This is a high-visibility role with significant exposure to decision-making, operations, and business management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Founder Support
  • Manage the founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, and scheduling.
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Track commitments, follow-ups, and action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Meeting & Task Management
  • Attend meetings, capture key discussions, and prepare structured notes.
  • Convert discussions into clear action items with ownership and deadlines.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of tasks.
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for ongoing projects and priorities.
  • Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate work across employees, vendors, consultants, accountants, lawyers, bankers, and external partners.
  • Assist in improving internal processes, documentation, and workflows.
  • Ensure important information, documents, and records remain organized and easily accessible.
  • Identify bottlenecks early and proactively escalate issues when required.
  • Research & Communication:
  • Conduct internet research on business, operational, administrative, and strategic topics.
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, reports, and briefing notes for the founder.
  • Draft professional emails, documents, and communications when required.
  • Administrative Support
  • Handle office administration, logistics, vendor coordination, travel bookings, and miscellaneous operational tasks.
  • Support company events, meetings, and administrative initiatives as needed.


What We're Looking For:

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision.
  • Strong follow-up and execution mindset.
  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, and task management tools.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.


Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience supporting founders, CXOs, or senior management.
  • Exposure to finance, investing, trading, startups, or professional services environments.
  • Familiarity with basic business, legal, accounting, or compliance processes.
