Job Description
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Perform regular inspections, servicing, and repairs of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs:
- Diagnose technical issues, identify faults, and resolve breakdowns efficiently.
- Technical Support:
- Provide guidance and assistance to customers regarding product usage and technical concerns, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement:
- Develop and implement improvements in service processes while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, share knowledge, and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel across India as required for service assignments.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of technology and electronics
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
