Job Description

Position Overview

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for independently managing, Day-to-day Accounting operations, Statutory compliance, MIS reporting, and Financial data analysis using Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Independently manage Day-to-day Accounting transactions and maintain books of Accounts using Tally Prime.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of Financial transactions while maintaining Confidentiality.
  • Maintain proper Accounting documentation, Financial records, and Supporting documents.
  • Prepare, review, and manage Statutory Compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and other Statutory Compliances
  • Ensure timely filing of Statutory returns and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to avoid penalties.
  • Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile vendor, Customer, and General Ledgers accounts on a Regular basis.
  • Prepare MIS reports, Financial reports, and Management reports to support business Decision-making.
  • Visiting Auditors and Government Authorities during Audits, Assessments, and Statutory requirements. (If Required)
  • Support Management with Financial analysis and provide accurate accounting information as required.

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or Finance (B. Com, M. Com, or MBA – Finance).
  • Minimum 2–5 Years of relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, and Statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Tally Prime and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in preparing MIS reports and handling Statutory audits is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • In-depth understanding of Statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, PT, and related regulations.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
