Job Description

Position: Field Sales Executive / Business Development Executive


Job Role & Responsibilities:


* Visit local markets, CSC Centers, cyber cafes, property dealers, advocates, travel agents, insurance offices, and small shops.

* Build long-term business connectors and referral partners.

* Generate documentation and legal consultancy work through market networking.

* Develop relationships with shop owners and service providers.

* Coordinate with office operations team for smooth execution of client work.

* Daily reporting of meetings, leads, and business generated.

* Maintain professional communication and follow-up with connectors.

* Bring regular business through market connections and field activities.


Required Candidate Profile:


* Good communication and convincing skills.

* Candidate should be confident in field work and market visits.

* Basic knowledge of documentation or consultancy industry preferred.

* Local market knowledge will be an advantage.

* Should be smart, active, and target-oriented.

* Must know how to build relationships and generate referrals.

* Two-wheeler preferred.

* Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.


Target & Performance Structure:


* Every sales executive will be assigned an individual monthly business target.

* Incentive structure will be performance based.

* Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and target-driven work culture.

* Salary + Incentive model.
