Sales Executive – Facility, Cleaning & Hygiene Services

About the Role

Stellar is a growing facility, cleaning and hygiene services company in Kolkata, offering professional deep-cleaning, recurring cleaning subscriptions, sanitization, pest control, and facility services to businesses. We're hiring driven Sales Executives to acquire new B2B clients and grow our recurring service contracts. This is a high-earning field-sales role — ₹30,000 fixed with strong, uncapped-style incentives that can take total monthly earnings up to ₹90,000 for top performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new B2B clients (offices, restaurants, clinics, complexes, showrooms, institutions)
• Sell our service packages — recurring cleaning subscriptions, deep cleaning, sanitization & hygiene, pest control, and facility services
• Meet prospects, conduct site visits, present packages, prepare quotations, and close deals
• Build a strong sales pipeline from marketing leads, cold outreach, and referrals
• Focus on signing recurring/subscription contracts (the core of your incentives)
• Maintain client relationships and support renewals
• Achieve monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of B2B or B2C sales experience (services, cleaning, hygiene, pest control, facility, or subscription sales preferred)
• Proven ability to hit sales targets and close deals
• Comfortable with field sales and cold outreach
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry to earn through incentives
• Good communication in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Own two-wheeler preferred
