Insurance Policy Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Insurance Policy Sales Executive to drive sales of Life, Health, Motor, and General Insurance policies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to helping customers choose the right insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and online channels.

Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.

Recommend suitable insurance policies based on customer needs.

Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, exclusions, and claim procedures.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Assist customers with policy documentation, issuance, renewals, and claim support.

Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Conduct follow-ups to convert leads into policy sales.

Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, or Financial Services is an advantage.

IRDAI certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain certification).
