About the Role We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT & CCTV Technician to install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer systems, networking equipment, and CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience, good communication skills, and a customer-first attitude.

• Key ResponsibilitiesComputer & Laptop ServicesDiagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems.
• Install software, drivers, antivirus, and Microsoft Office.
• Upgrade RAM, SSD, HDD, and other computer components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and health checks.
• Format, reinstall, and optimize systems.
• CCTV Installation & SupportInstall CCTV cameras (Dahua, Hikvision, CP Plus, etc.).
• Configure DVR/NVR systems.
• Set up remote viewing on mobile and PC.
• Troubleshoot camera, recorder, and cabling issues.
• Conduct testing and customer demonstrations after installation.
• NetworkingInstall and configure Wi-Fi routers and access points.
• Perform LAN cabling and network troubleshooting.
• Configure switches, IP addressing, and internet connectivity.
• Resolve basic networking issues at customer locations.
• Field ServiceVisit customer sites for installations and repairs.
• Complete service requests within the committed timeline.
• Maintain proper service reports and customer signatures.
• Ensure tools and equipment are handled safely.
• Customer SupportExplain issues and solutions in simple language.
• Maintain professional behavior with customers.
• Coordinate with the office regarding service updates.
• Provide basic guidance to customers after installation.
• Inventory & DocumentationMaintain service tools and spare parts.
• Update job status after every service call.
• Report damaged or missing inventory immediately.

• Relevant certifications are an added advantage.
• ExperienceFreshers with strong technical knowledge can apply.
• 1–3 years of experience in computer hardware, networking, or CCTV installation is preferred.
• Preferred QualitiesHonest and responsible.
• Willing to travel for field visits.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
• Working HoursMonday to Saturday
