Job Description
Manage and maintain the society's visitor and parcel records.
Coordinate with security guards to ensure proper entry and exit management.
Record all visitor details, including check-in and check-out times.
Ensure all visitors are properly authorized before allowing entry.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing parcels/couriers.
Verify that every parcel is delivered to the correct resident/flat.
Coordinate with residents regarding parcel collection and delivery.
Monitor daily movement of visitors, delivery personnel, and service providers.
Maintain proper registers and digital records (if applicable).
Report any discrepancies, suspicious activities, or delivery issues to the management immediately.
Ensure all records are updated accurately and on time.
Provide professional assistance to residents, visitors, and delivery personnel whenever required.
Follow society rules, safety procedures, and management instructions at all times.
