Field Sales Executive – Retail & Distribution

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Field Sales Executive to build NEMO’s offline retail and distribution network in Bengaluru.

What You’ll Do

• Visit sanitaryware showrooms, bathroom stores, plumbing dealers, hardware stores and water-treatment businesses
• Meet store owners, purchase managers and decision-makers
• Pitch and demonstrate NEMO products
• Explain product benefits, pricing and the retailer’s business opportunity
• Negotiate commercial terms and close paid orders
• Onboard new retailers and dealers
• Follow up for repeat orders and payment collections
• Identify suitable distributors as the business grows
• Maintain clear sales reports and consistently achieve minimum targets

Who We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, dealer sales or channel sales
• Experience pitching products to retailers, dealers or distributors
• Good understanding of the complete sales process; from prospecting and pitching to negotiation, closing and follow-up
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Comfortable independently approaching new businesses and decision-makers
• Fluent in Kannada, with working knowledge of English and Hindi
• Experience in sanitaryware, plumbing, hardware, water purifiers, home improvement or related categories is preferred
• Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working with sales targets

This Role Is Not for You If

• You need constant supervision or micromanagement
• You are uncomfortable with field visits and approaching new businesses
• You only generate leads but do not follow up or close orders
• You prefer a desk-based role
• You are not comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
