Job Description
What You Will Do
- Supervise daily shop-floor production activities
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and technical specifications
- Monitor quality and minimize rework / rejection
- Plan and allocate work to operators and technicians
- Coordinate materials and consumables for smooth production
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Maintain basic production and inspection records
- Ensure safety compliance and discipline on shop floor
- Provide daily updates to Senior Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or related field
- 1–3 years experience in fabrication / machining / manufacturing preferred
- Freshers with strong technical fundamentals and eagerness to learn may apply
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of quality control and workshop practices
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
