Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant cum Office Administrator who will be responsible for managing accounts, inventory records, dispatch coordination, office operations, and administrative support. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts & FinanceMaintain books of accounts using Tally/ERP software.
  • Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Generate GST invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans.
  • Prepare GST working and coordinate with the CA for statutory compliance.
  • Manage vendor payments and customer receivables.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
  • Maintain records of advances, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Assist management in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of aluminium profiles, hardware, accessories, and related materials.
  • Track inward and outward movement of stock.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert management regarding replenishment requirements.
  • Maintain inventory reports and stock aging analysis.

Dispatch & Logistics

  • Coordinate dispatches to customers and dealers.
  • Prepare dispatch documents including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and e-way bills.
  • Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain dispatch records and proof of delivery documentation.
  • Resolve dispatch-related issues with customers and transporters.

Desired Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Understanding of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience in inventory management and dispatch coordination.
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualification

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Inventory, or Administration.
  • Experience in manufacturing, building materials, aluminium, hardware, glass, or construction-related industries will be preferred.
