Job Description
Customer Support: Answer customer calls, emails, and chat messages promptly. Provide basic troubleshooting and product usage guides.
Complaint Resolution: Address product defects and warranty claims. Process returns and issue refunds or replacements.
Technical Maintenance: Schedule repairs and perform preventative maintenance. Manage the supply chain for spare parts.
