Job Description
Job RoleWe are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. This is a field job where you will be responsible for:
- Finding and acquiring new properties for our rental business.
- Showing properties to potential tenants and closing rental deals.
- Managing move-ins and move-outs of tenants.
- Minimize move-outs by problem solving.
- Taking care of existing properties and making sure they are well-maintained.
- Helping tenants with their daily needs and solving their issues.
- Achieving monthly targets set by the company.
Requirements
- Should be comfortable working in the field (not just office work).
- Owning a two-wheeler will be required.
- Good communication skills and basic knowledge of handling tenants.
- Honest, hardworking, and responsible person.
