Acey Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of mechanical control cables for major OEMs, is seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join the Accounts & Finance Department at its Corporate Office in Mumbai (Andheri West).

• Department: Accounts & Finance

Position -01: Accounts Payable Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting transactions and ensuring timely and accurate processing of payables and receivables.

• Process vendor invoices and ensure accurate booking in the accounting system/SAP. 

• Verify purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRN/MRN), and supporting documents. 

• Prepare and process vendor payments as per agreed credit terms. 

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. 

• Maintain records of outstanding payables and monitor due dates. 

• Coordinate with procurement, stores, and other departments for invoice approvals. 

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. 

• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of payable reports.

Position-02: Accounts Receivable Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

• Generate customer invoices and record receipts accurately. 

• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up for collections. 

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. 

• Prepare aging reports and track overdue payments. 

• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams regarding invoicing and customer accounts. 

• Record and reconcile bank receipts and customer payments. 

• Maintain proper documentation of all receivable transactions. 

• Support month-end closing and preparation of receivable reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. 

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes. 

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles. 

• Experience in SAP or ERP systems.
