Job Title: E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage our day-to-day online store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing orders, coordinating with customers and internal teams, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and manage daily orders received through our Shopify store.

* Contact customers to confirm orders, verify details, and resolve any order-related queries.

* Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Monitor order status from placement to delivery and ensure smooth execution.

* Handle order modifications, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds as per company policies.

* Update order information, tracking details, and customer records in Shopify.

* Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.

* Coordinate with courier partners regarding pickups, shipping delays, and delivery issues.

* Ensure accurate inventory updates and report stock discrepancies to the concerned team.

* Prepare daily reports on orders processed, pending orders, cancellations, returns, and customer issues.

* Work closely with the sales, dispatch, and customer support teams to maintain efficient operations.

* Help maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt communication and problem resolution.

Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of Shopify (preferred).

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of Marathi is an advantage).

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Attention to detail and accuracy.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines.

* Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
