Telecalling Executive

DSD ENTERPRISES is looking for a female telecaller to join our sales and customer support team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, explaining company products/services, and helping close sales or bookings. The role requires strong communication skills, a polite and confident phone manner, and the ability to work in shift‑based environments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers as per the provided database or lead list.

Clearly explain products, services, offers, and schemes of DSD ENTERPRISES in a professional and convincing manner.

Answer customer queries, handle objections, and provide accurate information over the phone.

Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services (upselling/cross‑selling where applicable).

Record and update customer details, call results, and follow‑up dates in the system or CRM.

Achieve daily or monthly calling, lead‑generation, and conversion targets set by the company.

Maintain a polite, patient, and professional attitude even in difficult situations.

Candidate Requirements

Gender: Female only.

Education: Minimum 10th pass; 12th or graduate will be preferred.

Experience: Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, BPO, or telesales is an advantage.

Skills:

Clear telephone etiquette and voice clarity.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
