We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads.

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote Artyka's educational programs, art competitions, workshops, and online courses. The candidate should have strong knowledge of social media marketing, lead generation, content creation, and online advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and admissions.

Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

Create engaging content, including posts, reels, videos, banners, and promotional campaigns.

Generate leads through Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.

Handle SEO and website content updates.

Create and manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Analyze website and social media analytics and prepare monthly reports.

Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to achieve business goals.

Promote Artyka's programs, competitions, workshops, and events online.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.

Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

Knowledge of Google Ads and YouTube Marketing.

Experience in lead generation campaigns.

Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.

Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Applications, or related field.

Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Preferred Experience

Experience in educational marketing or admissions marketing.

Experience in managing social media campaigns for educational institutions.

Ability to create viral and engaging video content.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)

Number of quality leads generated per month.

Cost per lead (CPL).

Social media growth and engagement.

Admissions and conversions generated.

Website traffic and campaign performance.

Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
