Job Description
Position: Tele calling Associate
Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass/ Diploma holders and Graduates
Industry: Gems & Jewelry (preferable) /Retail /Services
Experience:
· Make inbound/ outbound calls per day to prospective and existing customers.
· Engage with customers to understand their interest and purchasing intent.
· Use CRM software to update call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
· Identify and forward qualified leads to the sales team for further action.
· Maintain accurate and organized customer records and call summaries.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and follow-ups.
· Provide excellent customer service and handle basic inquiries and objections.
· Proficient in using CRM software, Excel, WhatsApp Web, and email.
· Good communication skills in [Insert relevant languages – e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
· Ability to handle high call volumes with confidence and professionalism.
