Position 1: HR Recruiter Trainee
Roles & Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates from job portals and social media
- Calling and screening candidates
- Scheduling interviews and follow-ups
- Maintaining candidate database in Excel
- Coordinating with clients and employees
- Supporting recruitment and HR operations
- Daily reporting to management
- Skills Required Basic English communication
- Confidence in speaking over phone
- MS Excel & email basics
- Willingness to learn recruitment process
- Good follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and discipline
Position 2: Business Development Trainee
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identifying new clients and HR contacts
- Cold calling companies and introducing services
- Sending company profiles and follow-up emails
- Supporting vendor registration process
- Maintaining client database
- Coordinating meetings and business follow-ups
- Supporting marketing and business expansion activities
- Skills Required Good communication and confidence
- Basic knowledge of email drafting
- Interest in marketing and sales
- MS Office basics
- Energetic and target-oriented mindset
