Job Description

We are hiring female Telecallers for our non-woven industry business. The role involves making outbound calls to existing and prospective clients, generating leads, explaining our non-woven products, following up on inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships over the phone.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in the non-woven sector
  • - Explain product details and pricing, and answer customer queries
  • - Generate and follow up on sales leads
  • - Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
  • - Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience (preferably in the non-woven or related industry)
  • - Good communication and convincing skills
  • - Female candidates only
  • - Basic computer knowledge for record keeping
