Engineering Trainee

Role Overview:

As an Engineering Trainee, you will receive hands-on training across our manufacturing and quality departments. During the training period, you will work closely with experienced engineers and supervisors, learning inspection methods, production processes, quality systems, and manufacturing best practices.

This role is designed to identify high-potential individuals who demonstrate technical aptitude, ownership, discipline, and a willingness to learn.

Successful trainees will have opportunities to grow into permanent roles in Quality, Production, Process Improvement, or Manufacturing Excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final inspection of components as per inspection standards.
• Learn dimensional inspection using gauges and measuring instruments.
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain quality documentation.
• Monitor production processes and report deviations.
• Support root cause analysis for quality and production issues.
• Assist in production monitoring and daily reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety practices, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve shop floor issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
• Learn different manufacturing processes including coiling, heat treatment, grinding, shot peening, testing, and painting.
• EligibilityDiploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Metallurgy, or related engineering disciplines.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with up to 2 years of manufacturing experience may also apply.
