Job Description
Work From Home Counsellor
IRME Institute is hiring a work-from-home counsellor to handle education, telemedicine, and legal-service inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads, provide approved information, schedule consultations, update lead status in the dashboard and maintain daily reports.
Requirements:
Good Hindi communication, basic English, own laptop and smartphone, stable internet, and basic computer knowledge. Counselling, telecalling or admission experience preferred.
Job Type: Work From Home
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Fixed salary plus performance incentive
