Role Overview:
We are hiring an Education Counsellor to guide working professionals in selecting the right courses and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student queries via calls, WhatsApp & follow-ups
- Counsel candidates for programs
- Convert leads into admissions
- Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel
