Leisure Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Leisure Sales Executive with experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling holiday package inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and delivering exceptional travel experiences through personalized holiday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.

Generate sales through lead conversion and client relationship management.

Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable destinations and itineraries.

Prepare customized holiday packages, quotations, and travel proposals.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and other travel partners.

Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.

Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, visa requirements, and seasonal offers.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Leisure Travel Sales.

Mandatory experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.

Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Ability to handle multiple clients and work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience in FIT & Customized Holiday Packages.

Knowledge of visa documentation and international travel requirements.

Strong destination knowledge and itinerary planning.

Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
