Job Description
Role Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clientsAct as the primary point of contact for client communicationUnderstand client requirements and align solutions accordinglyIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingCollaborate with internal teams (sales & marketing) for customized solutionsMonitor account performance and ensure client satisfactionPrepare reports, forecasts, and account updatesStay updated on market trends and competitor activitiesRequired
Qualifications & Skills
